She tried to repair but was unable to locate license key or file I am not sure. I am zooming with her at am today. She called help desk – we do not have V11 software for her to reinstall.

I found an old key from a v11 instance but I am not sure if this will help. I started searching when I came across these postings. However the more I read the more this looks like a MAC solution only. Is there a way she can reinstall or repair her current V11 instance long enough until we can get V18 up and running? Installing on Windows should not be a problem although you need a full installer and a key. Ask claris support for this.
